We ship across South Africa — all major cities, towns, and most rural areas.

Shipping is free on all orders, no minimum spend required.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched — usually within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Click the link in the email to track your parcel in real time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can make changes or cancel it. Email us immediately at urbansignalsa@gmail.com with your order number.

Are your products good quality?
Every product in our store is personally tested before it goes live. We stock accessories we'd rely on ourselves — and we don't add anything that doesn't meet that standard.

How fast does the power bank charge my phone?
Our fast-charging power banks support up to 140W output, meaning most phones charge significantly faster than a standard charger — full details are listed on each product page.

Is it safe to leave the charger plugged in overnight?
Yes. Our chargers and power banks include built-in overcharge and short-circuit protection for safe everyday use.

What devices are your chargers compatible with?

Returns & Refunds

What's your returns policy?
30 days from delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as items are unused and in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our cost.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, instant EFT, and other secure payment methods via our checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
